Online - Foundational Training Module 4 - Weekly
Date: 15/09/2021 - 27/10/2021
In Module 4, trainees teach a full 8-week MBCT curriculum to each other in a group, with feedback from each other and the trainers. Each trainee is assigned practices, inquiries, exercises, and other elements of the curriculum to guide or lead. This experience builds on the basic skills developed earlier in the training programme and the increased embodiment developed during the retreat. This training also cultivates a deeper understanding of the structure and sequence of the curriculum, including intentions for each session and for the practices and exercises.
By the end of this training, participants are expected to be able to:
· Lead practices and exercises consistently with their intentions and steps and in an embodied way
· Understand the structure and organization of each session and the curriculum as a whole
· Reflect on their teaching strengths and learning needs in terms of the MBI:TAC
· Teach at the advanced beginner level as defined by the MBI:TAC, based on informal assessment
