8 Week Mindfulness Course for Oxford University Students - St Edmund Hall (12/10/2021 - 30/11/2021)

Please note that our courses can only go ahead if we receive enough applications. We have never had to cancel any courses, but your place will only be confirmed once the necessary group size has been reached. As a result, there might be a delay before you receive confirmation of your booking. You must use your College email address when you apply.
This course is an introduction to mindfulness and is taught in 8 weekly sessions, along with home practice. The programme is not being offered as a treatment for any specific physical or psychological conditions. It is not suitable for people who are currently experiencing very severe problems in these areas.
All sessions take place at 17:30 - 19:00 (UK time)
You will be asked to obtain a copy of the course text, "Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World", by Mark Williams and Danny Penman.
