Mindfulness Background

In order to ensure that it is appropriate and safe for you to use these recordings, we would like to understand the level and knowledge of your prior experiences of Mindfulness. Please provide your answers to the following questions:

Do you have an established personal mindfulness practice of 3 months or longer? This means regular daily practice of both 'formal' (e.g. practices sitting, standing, movement or lying down, self-guided or using recorded guided practices of 20 minutes or more) and 'informal' practices (building mindful awareness into everyday experience such as while walking, engaging in routine activities).

Have you completed or are near to completing a recognised 6-8 week mindfulness course (this might include MBCT, Mindfulness for Life, Finding Peace in a Frantic World, MBSR)

Please provide details of the course in question, and when this course was taken.

I undertake to be responsible for my own wellbeing while using these guided practices, and agree to bring any concerns to a relevant health professional such as my general practitioner, should I have any concerns about my health and/or wellbeing.

To do this, we are actively working to bring the benefits of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy to groups who are currently underrepresented in the mindfulness community. As an independent not-for-profit charity we rely on donations to do this. Please consider adding a donation to support this aspect of our work.
