As part of Oxford Mindfulness' mission to increase access to mindfulness and support the community, we offer daily practice sessions of 30 minutes at 13:00 - 13:30 and 19:00 - 19.30 UK time, Monday to Friday.
If you are new to mindfulness, these sessions enable you to explore some mindfulness practices and to learn a little more about what mindfulness involves. Alternatively, you may be familiar with mindfulness and wish to support an existing practice by joining this global community on a regular basis. These are drop-in sessions so you can attend as many or as few as you like.
Once you have registered, you will be sent a Zoom link to join the sessions. The same link will work for any of the sessions and you only need to register once. Please do not share the link. It is important that all attendees register on our system so that we have contact details for our safeguarding processes.
