As part of our mission to increase access to mindfulness and support the community, we offer weekday mindfulness meditation sessions of 30 minutes at 13:00 - 13:30 and 19:00 - 19.30 UK time, Monday to Friday.
To ensure a reliable offering of the highest quality, we only recruit fully trained mindfulness teachers, and we pay our teachers to deliver these sessions. If you're unable to contribute to these running costs but would still like to access the sessions, please do still register and join us. However, as a charity we rely on contributions to help keep these sessions going, please do financially contribute if you're able – it really does help us.
If you're new to mindfulness, these sessions enable you to explore some mindfulness practices and to learn a little more about what mindfulness involves. If you're familiar with mindfulness, these sessions support your existing practice by joining this global community on a regular basis.
These are drop-in sessions which require you to register on a quarterly or annual basis. One registration per quarter provides you with the quarterly zoom code and enables you to attend on any day or time, as many or as few times as you like during that quarter. Yearly applications will receive new quarterly links via email automatically.
Once you've registered, you'll be sent a Zoom link to join the sessions. The same link will work for any of the sessions in that quarter. Please do not share the link as it is important that all attendees register on our system so that we have contact details for our safeguarding processes. Please do also check your spam folder if you have recently registered and not received the link.
