To join the Members' Programme you need, as a minimum, to have attended an 8-week mindfulness course either in person or live online.
If you are totally new to mindfulness, you may prefer to attend one of our general Information Sessions led by one of Oxford Mindfulness’ teachers or trainers. You’ll be introduced to mindfulness, find out more about what mindfulness is (and isn’t!) and given a brief taster of a mindfulness exercise. We’ll also share details about the various personal learning courses we offer and provide space for you to ask any questions you may have with a live Q&A.
