In this hour-long online session, led by one of Oxford Mindfulness’ teachers or trainers, you’ll be introduced to mindfulness, find out more about what mindfulness is (and isn’t!) and given a brief taster of a mindfulness exercise. We’ll also share details about the various personal learning courses we offer and provide space for you to ask any questions you may have with a live Q&A.
