During the Oxford Mindfulness Annual Gathering in September 2026, there will be a Community Evening which will include Poster Presentations. This will be held in the main Gathering venue (St Hughs College) from 18:00 - 20:00 on Tuesday 22nd September 2026.
English poster submissions are invited from researchers of all levels who have studied MBCT. If you would like to submit a poster but have not conducted research, please submit an application to present an Impact Poster.
Presenters will be required to register and pay the Annual Gathering fee
Deadline for submissions: 16th August 2026
Decisions communicated by: 21st August 2026
Registration and acceptance deadline: 28th August 2026
Please note that Research Poster submissions are intended for research studies and academic projects. Where a submission is considered more suitable for the Impact Poster category, the review panel may recommend transfer to that category.
Impact Posters are designed to showcase innovative projects, implementation work, service developments, educational initiatives, and examples of mindfulness creating meaningful impact in practice. Formal research is not required for Impact Poster submissions.
