Masterclasses and workshops at the OMC are directed by leaders in their field, within mindfulness training, teaching and research. These events offer continuing professional development in teaching MBCT and in specialist areas of applying mindfulness training. They will interest mindfulness teachers as well as those wishing to find out more about recent developments in their field of interest.

PLEASE NOTE: This course is being delivered live online through the Zoom platform. With all our courses we work hard to provide a safe environment to enable participants to fully engage with the programme. To support us with this, when engaging online we ask that you consider your environment when participating in these sessions. Where possible please use a private space where you will not be disturbed so that you and the group can achieve the highest levels of participation and confidentiality. Where you are not in a private space, to support confidentiality we ask that you use a headset or earphones rather than the speakers on your device and as much as possible have your screen facing away from the others in the room.

This masterclass is for qualified MBCT teachers who are teaching in line with the UK Good Practice Guidelines and who wish to learn to teach the MBCT for Life curriculum. Please do not apply if you have not been trained in MBCT as your application may initially be accepted by the system but you will later be asked to withdraw. Please advise when, where and with whom you undertook your MBCT Teacher Training

We ask that people who join our courses online have considered that both the environment and their technical equipment is suitable to engage in this format and support confidentiality for the whole group. Please confirm you have understood and agree to this online criteria, including the environment and the participant confidentiality which is different with online courses.
