Taught by Willem Kuyken and Alison Yiangou this 12 week course for graduates of 8-week programmes introduces a new curriculum that is intended for graduates of 8-week programmes to:

o Reinforce and deepen their mindfulness practice.
o Deepen and broaden the learning of the key themes from the 8-week curriculum
o Extend the learning to include
o The explicit cultivation of the attitudes of mindfulness, in both formal and informal practice
o The development of the positive valence system to support well-being and flourishing.
o Support participants in applying all that is learned in their lives, in ways that are consonant with their values.
o Provide a shared community of practice.

PLEASE NOTE: This course is being delivered live online through the Zoom platform. With all our courses we work hard to provide a safe environment to enable participants to fully engage with the programme. To support us with this, when engaging online we ask that you consider your environment when participating in these sessions. Where possible please use a private space where you will not be disturbed so that you and the group can achieve the highest levels of participation and confidentiality. Where you are not in a private space, to support confidentiality we ask that you use a headset or earphones rather than the speakers on your device and as much as possible have your screen facing away from the others in the room.

For teaching quality purposes we occasionally video record our course sessions. We will direct the camera only at the teachers but class discussions will be audible.  The recordings are used for internal purposes only. Please feel free to speak with the teacher, if you have any concerns about this.

Following the submission of your pre-course questionnaire, you may be contacted by the Course Lead to discuss if the course is appropriate for you to attend at this time. If you mutually decide that it is not, you will be refunded in full.
