5 Day Personal Retreat (Module 3) - Online

Participating in an extended silent retreat is an invaluable way of deepening the personal practice of mindfulness meditation, and is viewed as an indispensable step to becoming an instructor in mindfulness-based approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Participants are expected to have some prior knowledge and experience of mindfulness, and to have a serious interest in bringing mindfulness practice into their lives and work.

This 5-day silent retreat as been adapted for online participation in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Online training will take place between 09:00 and 17:00 UK time, with some additional home practice required outside these hours.
