Please note timings for each day: 0900 – 1730 day 1 / 1700 day 2, UK time
The workshop assumes you are already fully trained to teach MBCT through a recognised, trainer-led, 1-year teacher training programme including specialist training in MBCT.
Please do not sign up for this training if you are not fully trained to teach MBCT, or if your only experience with MBCT is attending an 8-week course as a participant. In these cases, your application will not be approved, and you may be charged an administration fee when we refund your payment.
You are eligible to attend this training if you:
Have completed an 8-week mindfulness course as a participant, led by a teacher in-person or live online.
Are a trained teacher of MBCT, or are enrolled on an MBCT mindfulness teacher training pathway of at least 12 months, have completed at least 7 days of basic MBCT teaching skills and 5 days specialist MBCT training as part of this pathway.
Have access, if this workshop is online, to suitable technology, internet capacity, space, privacy and the technical ability to join an online training programme via Zoom with video on.

Where did you hear about the event
This masterclass is for UK teachers who meet the Good Practice Guidelines to be listed as an MBCT teachers or are eligible to be listed and are considering applying. For international applicants this is for MBCT teachers who meet either their countries good practice guidelines or within the MBCT.Training Pathway have completed foundational and intermediate training.
